KivoNote does not sell subscriptions or collect payment details on this website. Purchases are offered through Google Play on Android, Microsoft Store on Windows and the Apple App Store on iOS when the corresponding app and products are available.
Standard, Pro and prices
Standard is free and includes every available editor tool, with up to 10 authored notebooks and 10 imported PDF notebooks. Monthly or yearly Pro removes these library quotas; device capacity and technical limits still apply. Existing notes remain accessible, editable and exportable when Pro ends. The relevant store displays the exact local price, taxes, billing period and any offer before you confirm a purchase. Availability and prices can differ by platform and country.
Automatic renewal
A recurring subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal, under the purchasing store's terms. The store charges the payment method associated with your store account. A monthly plan bills monthly; a yearly plan bills yearly.
Cancellation
Manage Android subscriptions in Google Play: Payments & subscriptions; Windows subscriptions in your Microsoft account: Services & subscriptions; and iOS subscriptions in Apple account settings: Subscriptions. Uninstalling KivoNote does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally leaves access active through the remaining paid period.
Offers, price changes and interruptions
There is no automatic three-month Pro entitlement simply from installing the app. A trial or introductory offer applies only if the purchasing store explicitly displays it at checkout. The store manages required notices and consent for price changes. Payment failure, account hold, refund, revocation or chargeback can suspend or end Pro access.
Refunds and consumer rights
Request a refund through the store where you purchased; eligibility follows that store's terms and applicable law. This does not limit statutory withdrawal, conformity or refund rights. For help identifying a purchase or an access issue, contact billing@kivonote.info. Do not send full card details.
Restoring access
Sign in to the same store account used for the purchase and choose Restore purchases in KivoNote's membership screen. Microsoft Store restoration checks the app's active store licence; Apple restoration uses StoreKit; Android restoration queries Google Play purchases. An internet connection and a functioning store are needed for fresh verification. A purchase on one platform does not automatically unlock another platform. Keep your store account secure and contact billing@kivonote.info if eligible access cannot be restored.
